Request templates simplifies request creation by auto-populating predefined values in New Request forms
For example: If your help desk gets lots of customer phone call requests about "I haven't received my product yet", it will be good that you can create a Request Template for this case, so your help desk doesn't need type that sentence all the time when creating a new request, just select the template, and select the customer name, and done.
