From Zoho CRM support guide: "You can copy customer-specific emails (incoming/outgoing) from MS Outlook to Zoho CRM ....."
So that means, you can push emails from Outlook to Zoho CRM related Contact's email section.

However if you send emails from Zoho CRM section, you won't get those emails pushed back to your Outlook.

If you are the Outlook fan for sending/receiving emails, then you are treating your Zoho CRM mail section as only for Read / Reference purposes, that is Ok.

Personally, I will recommend to use Zoho mail add-on, and use Zoho Mail as your Mail Client. (replace Outlook).
