After you installed ZohoCRM_Plugin_for_Microsoft_Outlook.exe file, and if you try to login from Outlook and have "Invalid Username and Password" error message, then you might have installed a wrong version.
I had this problem as well, and I downloaded old version of .exe file, which only have about 2.2MB, after I downoladed new version (8.2MB), I can login successfully.
Here is the 2 version of the .exe I downloaded, the first one is the correct one, you can get it from here: Down load new version



And below should be the correct login window. (the old version has different window layout)
