There are couple of things need to be aware of if you are creating Email Templates in Zoho CRM, somethings just don't work.
1. Use the default html tag provided by the Text Editor.

2. Use the "<>" sign to check the html tag generated for the email, if somethings are not working, go to there find why.

3. Don't create any "fancy" html code by yourself, even: ul li...,

4. If you want to link an image, make it as simple as possible, such as: If you add some extra html tag, such as width, height, style.., it might just quit.

5.Avoid use div tag.

6. Avoid apply default html tag again and again on the same email text, the back-end html code just keep piling up, and you really don't know what are right or wrong, remove all of them and do it again.

7. Find this page to get standard html tag and style from ZOHO CRM Default Invice template.
